Third Eye Brewing Company
This $1.7M microbrewery is a modern, 6,000 sq ft building with large retractable windows, garage doors, glass, steel and reclaimed wood. It includes approximately 3,600 sq ft of outdoor space with a covered porch. The brewery has a full menu with a variety of options and is open for lunch and dinner.
Delta Marriott
This location of Marriott’s newest upscale, full-service brand offers 14,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, a full-service restaurant, business center, a well-appointed fitness center, seasonal outdoor gathering space and year-round swimming pool. The hotel is located off I-75 and is directly across from the Sharonville Convention Center.
The LivInn
The hotel is located directly adjacent to the Sharonville Convention Center with $2M hotel renovations. These renovations included a walk-in salt water pool, landscaping, firepits, an elevator near the pool, a resurfaced parking lot, and new pavers to the entrance of the building. In addition, a new walkway connects guests directly to the Sharonville Convention Center.
La Quinta
LaQuinta Inn and Suites underwent a $8M full renovation. Updates to the 151 contemporary rooms included meeting spaces, lobby, and upgraded façade. They also incorporate hot breakfast.
Tru by Hilton
One of the newest brands of Hilton Worldwide is is in the Northern Lights District. The modern, select service hotel is located at 11167 Dowlin Drive along I-75. The $14M project brought 29 hospitality jobs to the district.
Rally’s
Rally’s features both indoor seating and a single drive-thru. The restaurant is a great complement to the existing businesses and hotels in the area.
Streetscape Improvements
The third and final phase of the Chester Road corridor roadway improvements are complete. The $10M project includes new sidewalks, retention walls and burying utility poles.
My Independence
My Independence offers adult day care and MRDD services. Their recent rebuild utilized the Northern Light’s overlay district design standards. These standards encourage contemporary architecture, pedestrian traffic/walkability and also enabled them to expedite their permitting process.
Super 8 Worldwide
The Super 8 Worldwide is underwent a $1.5M remodel; upgrades are in line with Wyndham Hotel Group standards. The hotel is located by the new Tru by Hilton, Holiday Inn Express, Hilton Garden Inn, and Hawthorn Suites, all located on Dowlin Drive.
Spectrum Tower is Home to Several New Businesses.
Greater Cincinnati Homebuilders Association
This professional organization of builders, developers, remodelers, and related businesses relocated their operations the Northern Lights Spectrum Office building. The location provides bigger meeting/training space for their members.
Gird Sytems
This Research and Development firm relocated their operations, and brought 18 new jobs to Sharonville. GIRD works closely with major research branches within the DOD, other government agencies and various private defense agencies to provide the latest, up to date services in digital signal processing.
Strategic Data Systems
The Greater Dayton technology company opened their first Cincinnati office location in Sharonville. SDS is a full-service IT provider that provides staffing, Agile Coaching, E-Commerce assistance, and cloud services to small and medium-sized businesses.
